CORPORATE INFORMATION

In September 1997, First Ozaukee Savings Bank, a Wisconsin savings bank with total assets of $37.6 million and offices in Cedarburg and Grafton, both suburbs of Milwaukee, was acquired along with its parent company, First Ozaukee Capital Corp., by CIB Marine Bancshares, Inc.  Upon acquisition, CIB Marine changed the name of the bank to Marine Bank and Savings.  In February 2000, CIB Marine converted the savings bank to a Wisconsin commercial bank, changed its name to Marine Bank, and moved its main office to Wauwatosa, also a suburb of Milwaukee.  On March 1, 2006, Marine Bank, a federal savings bank headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, and wholly owned subsidiary of CIB Marine, was merged with and into Marine Bank.  On August 1, 2006, CIB Bank, an Indiana state bank headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, was merged with and into Marine Bank.

Marine Bank has six offices serving the following metropolitan Milwaukee, Western and Indiana market locations:  Franklin, Wauwatosa, and Pewaukee, Wisconsin; Scottsdale, Arizona; and Carmel and Indianapolis, Indiana.

Marine Bank is able to offer the "big" bank products and services with a community bank flavor.  Staffed with veteran bankers who bring true meaning to the over used phrase "excellent customer service", Marine Bank has found a solid niche in serving individuals and small to medium-sized businesses that depend on community banking. We focus on personal attention and have genuine concern for the financial welfare and security of our customers. At Marine Bank, we use technologies that help protect your assets, your privacy, and your security, and we do this without forgetting the fundamental reason you bank with us.
